Shipping policy

Campaign Supplies currently only ships to addresses in Australia and New Zealand.

If you're from anywhere else in the world just shoot me a  message and we'll work something out.

As a rule we use Australia Post for all deliveries.  So yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes or to Parcel Lockers.

If you choose Express Shipping at checkout we may choose to use either Australia Post Express Post -or- StarTrack Express Premium Air Freight.

Free Shipping values apply to domestic Australian delivery addresses only.

For New Zealand delivery addresses you can check the freight cost at the checkout or please contact us directly for a quote.

For any orders that have standard in stock items and also include a backorder item, we will always ship the in-stock items immediately and then ship the backordered items when they arrive.  Please note that common sense will prevail - if your backordered item is due to arrive within a week of the placement of your order, it will be sent together once the order is complete.  

Pre-Orders & Crowdfunded Products

Products listed as PRE-ORDER are not currently in stock and are expected to arrive on or around the estimated date shown on the product page.

Estimated arrival dates are based on publisher timelines and may change. While we do our best to keep information up to date, production and freight delays are outside our control.

Payment for pre-orders is taken at checkout to secure your allocation.

If your order contains multiple pre-order items with different estimated arrival dates, the order will ship once all items have arrived. If you would prefer items to ship separately as they become available, please place separate orders.

For clarity:

• Pre-orders only → shipped once the stock arrives at Campaign Supplies.

• Multiple pre-orders → shipped together once all items are available.

***If a product is listed as BACKORDER it is a regular stock line.  These products can be mixed with regular in stock items on the same order.  In stock lines will ship straight away, BACKORDER items will ship once they arrive.

***If a product is listed as PRE-ORDER it is part of a current crowdfunding campaign.  These products CANNOT be mixed with regular stock lines.  Any order received with mixed product will either be refunded immediately or will only ship once all goods have arrived.
